I found this show fascinating, I am sure you will enjoy this 3.5 minute clip as well.

Produced in 2018, the 1 hour full episode"Truck Wars" Birth of 4 WD, is currently being shown on a rotating basis on the History Channel.

Cool history of the 4x4! Is this a regular show on history?

It seems to appear on different days, but I caught it twice now on Sunday's both in the evening. (listed as "Truck Wars")
In the second showing, it actually was the full 2 hour episode, which carries the viewer into the 4x4 truck battles, between different manufacturers.
This 4X4 show is the best I have ever seen.
You may be able to find more by searching the history channel programming?

I found an additional segment. I hope you may like this one as well.
This 5 minute clip explains the early days of Truck history.
In another episode (not found yet )the show builds into great information with comparisons/battles of truck manufacturers.
