I have been waiting for and Affordable OEM built Jeep "Brute" foooor-evvvvver ! My historical motorized love affair has always been Toyotas. Mostly 1st Gen (84-89) removable roof 4runners 2dr Jeep Wranglers have always been so impracticable, but the 2007 4dr JKU finally made those compromises acceptable. I was looking to build a SAS or long-travel IFS Toyota Taco for the bed space, or even a trailer behind an FJ/4runner just to keep up with the Jeeps.. but i gave-in, and bought my 07 JKU so i didn't have to take months to build..... Still wanting the functionality of a smaller truck bed, i have been looking at Colorado ZR2 and Tacoma TRD Pro... but i hate not haveing a removable roof / convertible top... finally after 22 years of waiting... I can have what i have always wanted. Convertible Soft top 4dr Removable doors Pickup Bed Solid front axle Tow rating worth a d@mn. Can't wait to get my JT in April 2020!
