I guess we should change the name of thread ... :)

I’ll do the last decade ... there wasn’t much before that anyway as I was either living in major cities where cars weren’t a thing or just too busy with work to have time to indulge in the nonsense. Shit escalated rather quickly tho ...

Long vehicle list aside (I checked, I'm up to Vehicle #21 not counting Motorcycles, & 10 of these have been Jeeps), I've been waiting for all the new models to fully come out this year.

I have a '15 Ram QC Sport Hemi that really has been a great ride. But, I get bored after 2 years driving the same thing everyday and have been shopping for something new. In looking I came to cross shopping the following; Chevy ZR2/Bison, Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro, Ranger Lariat FX4, Jeep Gladiator Rubicon and a new '19 Ram (Rebel or Power Wagon).

The new "Mid Size" trucks just seem to be lacking it comparable options to the full size Ram, and are just about all in the same price range. I am just not seeing enough check boxes on the Gladiator at the moment as much as I really would like to have one. My Ram gets mid-teens city to mid-20's highway mileage, has a ton of options (Heated/Vented seats/Air Ride/Alpine/32 Gal Tank/Rear Locking Diff/Hemi).

They way Jeep marketing info has been going, the Gladiator is going to get worse mileage, way less power, less range, not all that much smaller in size and be WAY overpriced. Just not seeing the incentive to just stay with a full size Ram!?!?
